Hello! 👋

I'm Jenna.

In a nutshell, Iʼm a researcher; presently a market researcher. Beyond my current role, Iʼve collaborated on a variety of (behavioral) research ventures – spanning social psychology, economics/finance, higher education, and public media. Broadly, Iʼm fascinated by human behavior, perceptions, and decision making. Iʼm also eager to explore other functions of research, apply my skills in the context of qualitative and quantitative methods, and continue to learn through new opportunities (e.g. UX, product/data analytics).

Right now, I work at the intersection of tech and market research, turning CSVs into compelling consumer-driven insights and actionable recommendations that engage stakeholders and non-technical audiences. I’m involved in all stages of the research lifecycle, from design through delivery, playing an integral role in brand health tracking, creative ad & message testing, campaign effectiveness measurement, international expansion efforts (to name a few). The projects I lead and initiatives I contribute to put an understanding of our customer and industry at the center of marketing, product, and company-wide strategy.

I have an academic background in psychology and economics from Tufts University, where I also served as editor-in-chief of the Tufts Podcast Network, wrote for the Tufts Daily, and was a DJ on WMFO 91.5 FM. While an undergrad, I worked at Tuftsʼ Office of Institutional Research and interned with the Audience Insights team at NPR.

In my free time, I enjoy...
